Human Options provides comprehensive services helping to break the cycle of domestic violence at each stage.
Emergency Shelter
It is a safe caring residential accommodation for 45 days for battered women and children. We provide housing, counseling, social and healing services. Click here to find out more.

Elder Abuse Prevention
Human Options’ Safe Options for Seniors was developed with the assistance of Orange County Adult Protective Services (APS). The program offers services identified by research as lacking for elder abuse victims: in-home counseling, legal advocacy and case management. Click here for more.

Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)
Parent-Child Interaction Therapy is based on national studies that show that children, who experience trauma at an early age, continue to be traumatized and at-risk long after they have been removed from the traumatic situation. Batterer's Intervention Program
(Offered in English only)
Human Options’ 52-week program is offered through our Counseling Center in Irvine. This is a court-mandated program to teach male and female batterers how to change their dysfunctional, violent and abusive behaviors.

The program is 12 months in length and meets the legal requirements for batterer's intervention and is certified by the Orange County Probation Department.
