Right now, many social service organizations are facing financial challenges. This is certainly true at Human Options. A tight economy creates a higher level of stress in all families - especially in those families where there has been domestic violence, the violence escalates. The need for Human Options’ programs is greater than ever.

Your donation will provide safety and shelter, food, clothing, legal advocacy and individual therapeutic support for a mother and her child in Human Options’ emergency shelter:

___ $50 - half a day for a mother and child
___ $100 - a full day for a mother and child
___ $500 - five full days for a mother and child
___ $1000* - 10 full days for a mother and child

*A gift of $1000 or more qualifies you for membership in the Leadership Circle of Friends. You can mail a check to Human Options, P.O. Box 53745, Irvine, CA 92619. Human Options Legacy Society
Many Legacy Society donors make their gift in the form of a bequest. Wills and Trusts are easy to arrange and do not require a current transfer of assets.

Human Options needs many things throughout the year to accommodate the women and children living in our emergency shelter and our Second Step Housing program. In addition, we need to furnish our new town homes, which will provide additional housing for graduates of our Second Step programs.

Look through your closets and cupboards to determine if there are any new or cleaned, gently used items that another could use and start bringing them to Classy Seconds. Classy Seconds serves two purposes. It provides free clothing for the women and children served at Human Options. It is also a resale boutique that generates revenue for our programs. The shop sells new and gently used clothing for men, women and children - household items, shoes, jewelry & more!!
